Ellen Winburn

Ellen Winburn is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager at the American Red Cross since 1989, specializing in project management, planning, business analysis, public speaking, budgeting, and systems analysis, with expertise in methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Additionally, Ellen is a writer of screenplays, stage plays, and fiction, actively engaging in creative pursuits. As a volunteer adjunct professor with Family Connection of SC since 2006, Ellen supports families with special needs children alongside family members. Ellen holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Production and Systems Planning from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing Research, with a minor in Theatre Production from Francis Marion University.
