Jen Burk

Jen Burk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and customer success within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for Customer Success at Genesys since September 2019, Jen leads cross-functional teams to deliver omnichannel CX solutions, expertly translating business needs into technical requirements while managing multiple large engagements. Previous roles include Sales Development Director at Clear Software, where Jen launched the Sales Development department, and Customer Engagement Manager at PolicyStat Software, managing relationships with 1,500 hospitals. Jen also has experience as a Customer Success Manager at DeveloperTown and as the owner of Burk Media Werx, a digital marketing consultancy. Jen holds a Master of Arts in Journalism/English and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Ball State University.
