Glen McCarty

Glen McCarty is an accomplished organizational psychologist and human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a volunteer with the American Red Cross since September 2020, Glen engages in Disaster Cycle Services, government operations, and volunteer relations. As an independent consultant since January 2019, Glen applies expertise in organizational psychology. Previously, Glen held vice president positions in human resources at both Cochener Garvey Capital Partners, Inc. and Dunbarton Corporation, where responsibilities included managing all HR activities alongside safety and environmental duties. In 2011, Glen served as the President of the WHRMA Chapter with SHRM. Glen holds a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University and an MS in Business Management from Central Michigan University.
