Jillian Drainville

Jillian Drainville has extensive experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and corporate training, currently serving as a Team Supervisor in Human Capital Management at the American Red Cross since June 2019. In addition, Jillian has worked in the Service to the Armed Forces Hero Care Center, providing operational support to help meet departmental goals. Prior to joining the American Red Cross, Jillian held various roles at Knowledge Solutions International from December 2007 to March 2016, including Learning and Development Manager and Regional Director, focusing on corporate business development and training for diverse clients globally. Earlier career positions include District Manager at ADP, Senior Education Consultant at New Horizons, and CSR at OAKLEAF Waste Management, demonstrating a strong background in customer service, account management, and educational consulting.
