Maria D'Ambrosio

Maria D'Ambrosio is an experienced professional specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving in a role related to Latino DEI Collective Programming at The National Hispanic Corporate Council since January 2024, Maria also partners with the Chief Diversity Officer at the American Red Cross since October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at PepsiCo from December 2018 to May 2022, and as Executive Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion Services at the American Red Cross from February 2013 to December 2018, where collaboration with business leaders was key in developing and promoting inclusion strategies. Additionally, Maria held the Sr. Director of Inclusion & Diversity position at Choice Hotels International from August 2003 to February 2013, designing strategies that aligned with business objectives and liaising with the board of directors on diversity initiatives. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
