Patrick Kobol

Patrick Kobol serves as the Disaster Workforce Engagement Manager at the American Red Cross, leading a volunteer team of 500 individuals in disaster response efforts. With prior experience at UPS, Patrick completed the Management Development Program focused on logistics and package delivery efficiency, and contributed to the Personal Vehicle Driver initiative. From 1998 to 2019, Patrick held various management roles at New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company, leading teams in project management, employee development, and operational efficiency. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
