Paulo Duarte, MS, GISP, is a seasoned GIS professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a GIS Developer at the American Red Cross since July 2022, prior positions include Systems Analyst - GIS with Orange County Government and multiple roles at AAA National, where contributions spanned from IT Manager to Lead GIS Developer.
