Rosie Taravella

Rosie Taravella is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and development across various sectors. As the Regional Chief Executive Officer at American Red Cross since April 2012, Rosie has demonstrated a commitment to nonprofit leadership. Previously, Rosie served as the VP of Advancement at WCNY Public Broadcasting, where a successful capital campaign was launched for new headquarters. Rosie also held the role of Executive Director at High Falls Film Festival, focusing on the recognition of women filmmakers, and was the Assistant Vice President for Advancement at Mount Saint Mary's University, where $30 million was raised for a capital campaign. Rosie holds a Master of Arts in Humanities from Cal State Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from San Diego State University.
