Runal Patil

Runal Patil currently serves as the Volunteer Onboarding Lead at the American Red Cross, where responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies to attract volunteers and implementing engagement strategies. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Manager at Larsen & Toubro, leading an international engineering team and managing HR policy initiatives, as well as internships at Larsen & Toubro focused on enterprise resource planning and automation technologies. Runal is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Northeastern University, following a Bachelor's in Electronics and Telecommunication from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Larsen & Toubro Institute of Technology.
