Adam MacDonald

Adam MacDonald has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Adam started their own brand design agency, ADAMACDONALDESIGN, in 2020, offering various services such as logo and website design, graphic design, photography, videography, copywriting, and brand strategy consulting. Prior to that, they worked as a multimedia designer and photographer at Allsteel from 2017 to 2019, where they played a key role in rebranding the furniture manufacturer. Adam also served as a product design manager and photographer at TC&B Corporate Wearables, Inc. from 2014 to 2017, leading a team of designers and developing the brand identity for their subsidiary label. Additionally, they gained experience as a research assistant at Iowa State University and as an accessory and jewelry design intern at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP. Currently, they hold the position of Creative Director at the American Rental Association.

Adam MacDonald's education history includes completing an Executive Education program in Mastering Design Thinking at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Industrial and Product Design from Iowa State University from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they also attended a Non-Degree Program in Footwear Design at Pensole Footwear Design Academy.
