Erika Singleton

Erika Singleton serves as the Workforce Development Manager at the American Rental Association, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Erika was the Business Services Manager at the Center of Workforce Innovations from February 2021 to May 2022, where over 15 years of experience in strategy implementation and customer service excellence were utilized. Erika also worked in Adult Protective Services at Centers for New Horizons from February 2020 to February 2021, focusing on program risk management and positive outcomes. At Geminus Corporation, as the Abuse Intervention Management Coordinator from 2018 to 2020, Erika embraced challenges and built a reputation as a valuable asset. Erika's earlier experience includes serving as the Asset Development Coordinator at Heartland Alliance from 2014 to 2018 and various roles at Family Focus Englewood from 2004 to 2013, where a strong commitment to customer support and program improvement was demonstrated.
