Mark LaVerghetta is a seasoned finance and communications professional with extensive experience in corporate leadership and governance. As Co-Founder and Director at ReElement Technologies since June 2020, and Vice President of Corporate Finance & Communications at American Resources Corporation since February 2017, Mark LaVerghetta contributes to the advancement of raw materials in the infrastructure marketplace.
