Monique Kimmel

Monique Kimmel, CAE, currently serves as the Vice President of Membership and Customer Service at the American Association for Respiratory Care, where leadership is provided for the engagement and retention of 42,000 members. Previous roles include Director of Membership at the American College of Radiology, where strategic growth initiatives were implemented, and Director of Membership at the National Association of Elementary School Principals, where marketing programs and campaigns were developed to enhance member acquisition and loyalty. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions in marketing and communications across various associations, including the American Industrial Hygiene Association, Central Station Alarm Association, and National Roofing Contractors Association. Monique holds multiple degrees in Association Management and Journalism and has been recognized as a Certified Association Executive since 2018.
