Paula W. has a strong background in philanthropy and fundraising. Paula has held various leadership roles in reputable organizations such as the American Rivers, Resources for the Future, Council on Foundations, Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, The Wilderness Society, The Pew Charitable Trusts, Smithsonian Institution, The Nature Conservancy, and World Wildlife Fund. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, managing budgets, building relationships with donors and stakeholders, and overseeing fundraising efforts. Paula W. has successfully raised significant amounts of funding for various causes and projects, demonstrating their expertise in the field of philanthropy.
Paula W. began their education at Warwick Veterans Memorial High School, where they attended from 1974 to 1978. After graduating from high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Marine Affairs at the University of Rhode Island, from 1978 to 1982. In 1980 to 1981, Paula enrolled in the University of Aberdeen and studied Geography; however, it is unknown if they completed a degree program at this institution. Later in their educational journey, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The George Washington University School of Business from 2000 to 2002.
