Rich Juliano, IOM, CAE has extensive work experience in the transportation industry. Rich is currently serving as the General Counsel and Managing Director of the Contractors and P3 Divisions at the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) since April 2019. Prior to this role, they held various positions within ARTBA, including Senior Vice President for Policy and Managing Director of the Contractors & P3 Divisions, Senior Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Managing Director of the Contractors & P3 Divisions, Vice President for Federal & State Relations, Vice President for Chapter Relations & Grassroots Programs, Director of Political Affairs, and Director of Special Projects.
Before joining ARTBA, Rich Juliano worked at the U.S. Department of Transportation as the White House Liaison from January 2001 to March 2002.
Rich Juliano, IOM, CAE began their education at Gilmour Academy, where they attained their high school diploma in 1985. Rich then went on to the University of Chicago, where they pursued a degree in Public Policy Studies and obtained their A.B. in 1989. Later, Rich Juliano attended the University of Chicago Law School from 1995 to 1998, earning their J.D. degree.
