Justin Kitts currently serves as the Director of Training at American Safety Services, Inc. since February 2023, while also being a Military Veteran and Retiree from the United States Department of Defense since January 2022. Prior experience includes notable roles in the United States Air Force, where Justin held positions such as Operations Manager, Military Working Dog Handler/Trainer/Kennel Master, and Academy Military Trainer, overseeing personnel, canine training operations, and instructing thousands of cadets. Additionally, Justin owned and managed Total Dog! from May 2018 to October 2021, focusing on training programs, marketing, and financial operations. Academically, Justin Kitts holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Liberty University, a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Arkansas Grantham, and an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the Community College of the Air Force.
