Michael Olenoski

Michael Olenoski has a diverse range of work experience in finance and leadership roles. Michael started their career as a Junior Financial Analyst, monitoring and maintaining commercial customers. Michael then worked as a Financial Analyst, responsible for monthly billings to the U.S. Government. As a Senior Financial Analyst, they completed financial and strategic plans and budgets. Michael was later promoted to Lead Financial Analyst, where they created a scheduling model that eliminated a full-time position.

Olenoski then joined United Technologies as a Controller, overseeing various manufacturing plant sites. Michael also served as the Senior Manager of Operations Finance, where they implemented manpower and cost planning tools and served as the lead finance negotiator in an $8 billion contract with the U.S. Army and Navy.

After leaving United Technologies, Olenoski joined AAR CORP. as a Group CFO, responsible for multiple business units. Michael later became the VP Finance of AAR Aerostructures & Interiors, turning around an underperforming aerospace unit and leading the implementation of Oracle.

Most recently, Olenoski worked at GKN Aerospace as the Vice President & CFO of the Engine Products West Division. In this role, they managed all aspects of a $250M P&L and implemented forecasting tools and detailed budget structures.

In 2017, Olenoski joined American Scaffold as the CFO.
