Annalice Hayes Ed.D. serves as a School Counselor at the American School of Doha since August 2016, with prior experience as a Teacher Mentor and School Counselor at the American School Foundation of Monterrey from July 2012 to June 2016. In these roles, Annalice has focused on promoting the academic, emotional, and social development of students while providing support to families, staff, and the broader community through counseling sessions, classroom observations, and workshops. Annalice holds a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Western University, a Master’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies for International Educators from Buffalo State University, and two Bachelor’s Degrees in Education and English Major with a History Minor from Queen's University and Trent University, respectively.
