Traci Hernandez

Traci Hernandez, M.Ed., currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at the American School of Doha since August 2021. Previously, Traci was a Business Partner at Pemberton Partners from February 2022 to February 2023, contributing to a global consultancy focused on financial services and technology. From July 2018 to February 2022, Traci held the position of Venture Director at Brix Solutions, utilizing expertise as a Certified LEGO® SeriousPlay® Facilitator to enhance team dynamics. Earlier in Traci's career, a role as a Classroom Teacher and involvement in Professional Development occurred at Ralston Public Schools from 1997 to 2008. Traci earned a Master of Education degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
