Sean Michael Kennedy

Sean Michael Kennedy has extensive legal and leadership experience, currently serving as President and Chair of Catholic Crosscultural Services since September 2017, alongside previous roles as Vice President and Board Member. As a self-employed lawyer since June 2015, Sean Michael Kennedy has practiced law while also taking on responsibilities as a Deputy Returning Officer for Élections Canada in August 2021. Previous positions include Senior Regional Counsel at Canada Post Corporation, where responsibilities spanned Ontario to Western Canada, focusing on labour relations and high-value commercial transactions. Sean Michael Kennedy has also contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant at York University, specializing in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, and has held various roles within the Ontario Bar Association, including Secretary and Board Officer. Sean Michael Kennedy holds a Ph.D. in Labour Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and has numerous degrees in law and history from esteemed institutions.
