Kate Wilson

Kate W. currently serves as an Associate in Investor Relations at American Securities since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kate held multiple positions at Evercore from June 2021 to August 2023, starting as an Analyst and advancing to Senior Analyst. Earlier experiences include a Summer Analyst position at Evercore Private Funds Group, a Mergers and Acquisitions Intern at White & Case LLP, internships in real estate development and homebuilding at Welsh Group and Metro Property Development, and a Theatre Associate role at Marcus Theatres. Kate also completed an Alumni and Communications internship at Singapore American School. Educationally, Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Law, History, and Culture from the University of Southern California, along with a completion of the London-Summer Discovery Programme in Business.
