Will Chan is currently a Vice President at American Securities. Will has over eight years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining American Securities, Will was a Vice President at ORIX Capital Partners, where they were responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting portfolio company management teams.

Will began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Centerview Partners, where they worked on a variety of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and debt financings. Will then transitioned to Athena Capital Advisors, where they worked as an Investment Research Winter Analyst. In this role, they conducted research on potential investments and provided recommendations to the firm’s portfolio managers.

Will earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Will Chan graduated from Barrington High School and then attended Dartmouth College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics. Will then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School.

They work with Megan Miller - Vice Presidents, B. Christopher Disantis - Managing Director, and Pete D'Amato - Vice President. Will Chan reports to Michael Fisch, Founder & CEO.
