Hayden Scharmer is an experienced professional currently serving as a Juvenile Detention Officer at Rock County since June 2018 and as a Security Officer at American Security & Investigations since May 2016, where responsibilities include patrolling and responding to emergency situations. In addition, Hayden serves as a 1LT / Chemical Officer in the United States Army Reserve since October 2014, having completed leadership training courses. Previous experience includes officiating as a WIAA Referee for The School District of Beloit from January 2012 to May 2014. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an Associate of Science in Military and Strategic Leadership from Marion Military Institute.
