April Phipps began a career in marketing and sales at Banana Republic, focusing on marketing, product knowledge management, and merchandising. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix-Southern California Campus and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Chaffey Community College.
