Stephen Bale

Stephen Bale has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Stephen is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at American Senior Communities, where they develop strategies for talent engagement and hiring practices. Prior to this role, they worked at Atria Senior Living as the Director of Recruiting, where they led talent acquisition for over 400 senior living properties. Stephen also served as the Recruiting Manager and Lead Recruiter at Atria Senior Living. Additionally, Bale worked at TEKsystems as a Functional Applications Recruiter, Account Manager, and Technical Recruiter, specializing in IT staffing. Stephen also has experience in account management and creative advertising, having worked as an Account Development Manager at Coca-Cola Refreshments and a Junior Creative Director at Creative Alliance.

Stephen Bale earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications from the University of Louisville in 2009. Stephen then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of Louisville from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, Stephen obtained a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
