Steve Boyd

Steve Boyd has extensive experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), currently serving as the Sr Director of HRIS at American Senior Communities since May 2017 and also as Senior Director, HRIS at Signature Healthcare since November 2011. Boyd has successfully transformed HR functions by leading critical projects, including the implementation of UltiPro HCM and Smart Square scheduling, and has developed a high-functioning HRIS team that acts as a strategic business partner. Previous roles include HRIS Coordinator at DIRECTV and Payroll Administrator at Applied Card Systems, showcasing a strong foundation in HR and payroll processes. Boyd holds a certification as a Dialysis Technician from Collins Career Technical Center and an educational background from Ashland Community and Technical College.
