Wendy Broughton

Wendy Broughton, MHA, LHFA, RT(R)BS, currently serves as the Executive Director at American Senior Communities since November 2020. Previously, Wendy held the position of Administrator at CarDon & Associates from June 2016 to November 2020, overseeing operations at Brookside Village. Prior to this, Wendy worked as Executive Director at American Senior Communities from April 2013 to June 2016, managing a nursing facility that provided short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and dementia services. Wendy's healthcare journey began as a Radiologic Technologist at St. Mary's Medical Center from July 2009 to May 2013, performing diagnostic examinations and providing direct patient care. Wendy holds a Master of Health Administration and a Bachelor of Radiology and Imaging Sciences from the University of Southern Indiana, with educational tenure spanning from 2006 to 2013.
