Mike Herchuck is an experienced operations and beverage industry leader with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for American Social Bar and Kitchen since August 2018, Mike has previously held various leadership positions at Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill, where responsibilities included oversight of operations, culinary, and training departments, alongside developing innovative programming in food, beverage, and training. Previous roles also encompassed Director of Beverage and Bar Operations and Corporate Bar, Beverage & Late Night Operations Manager, demonstrating expertise in beverage programming and late-night business strategies. Earlier career experience includes management roles at Darden and an internship at Def Jam Recordings, where Mike earned the Promotions Intern of the Year award. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
