M.sc. Oluwadamilola Oke (Dami)

Oluwadamilola "Dami" Oke, M.Sc. is a dedicated researcher and educator currently serving as a Research Fellow at the FDA and as a Volunteer Science Writer for the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (ASBMB). Dami has a strong background in bioengineering and biomedical engineering, pursuing a PhD at The George Washington University after earning an MS in Biology with a focus on Immunology and Diseases from Purdue University Fort Wayne, and a BS in Biology from Georgia Southern University. Dami’s experience includes teaching and advising students, conducting molecular immunology research, and developing product engineering solutions. Notably, Dami has maintained a holistic advising approach for over 500 students and has presented at various conferences while contributing to departmental initiatives to enhance academic success and retention.
