Núria Negrão, PhD, is an experienced medical writer and educator with a strong background in cellular biology. Currently serving as a Freelance Medical Writer at Nascent Medical, LLC, and a Medical Writer & Editor at Frangipani Communications, Núria also collaborates as a Co-Instructor for The Art of Science Communication at the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Previous roles include editing for Cactus Communications and conducting extensive research as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Georgia, where Núria earned a PhD in Cellular Biology. Additionally, Núria has experience in technology transfer, epidemiological research, and laboratory management across multiple projects in Mozambique. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Medicine from Universidade Eduardo Mondlane.
