Cynthia Hughey

Cynthia Hughey is an accomplished Medical Laboratory Technologist with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. At the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and BJC HealthCare, Cynthia has served as a Medical Laboratory Technologist, leading departments such as Hematology, Microscopy, Serology, Microbiology, and Coagulation, while also functioning as a Pathologist Assistant. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Medical Technologist at Salem Township Hospital in Illinois from June 1998 to July 2006. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advanced Technical Studies from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, earned between 1992 and 1995, specializing in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology.
