Diandra Gourlay

Diandra Gourlay, MPAP, currently serves as the Vice President of Social Services at Volunteers of America Michigan, with a diverse background in social services management, program development, and community advocacy. Notable roles include Director of Social Services and Strategic Growth Manager, as well as leadership positions in the Health Professions Opportunity Grant and Supportive Services for Veteran Families program. Diandra also contributes as a Council Member for the American Society for Public Administration and previously coordinated volunteer efforts for the Democratic National Committee. Earlier experience includes management roles at Teavana and Macy's, showcasing a strong foundation in operational leadership and customer engagement. Diandra holds a Master of Public Administration and Policy from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Advocacy and Social Policy from Arizona State University.
