Erica Debaggis

Erica D. is a seasoned quality improvement analyst currently with the American Society for Radiation Oncology since February 2024. Prior to this role, Erica served as a senior healthcare advisor and healthcare advisor at CareJourney from February 2021 to November 2023, successfully managing multi-year relationships with healthcare organizations and driving significant growth in product adoption. At the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA), from August 2014 to February 2021, Erica held several key positions, including director of clinical practice, where innovative guideline development led to highly cited recommendations for COVID-19. Erica possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Analysis and Practice from The Ohio State University and a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Maryland.
