Amanda Helms, MLIS, currently serves as a Quality Improvement Analyst at the American Society for Radiation Oncology since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Librarian at Loudoun County Public Schools, where Amanda focused on research instruction and resource selection, and as an English Teacher at MaST Early College High School and Onslow County Schools, emphasizing the development of engaging learning materials and instructional support. Additionally, Amanda held the position of English Department Chair at Prince William County Public Schools, leading notable improvements in student pass rates. Amanda's educational credentials include a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
