Carol C. Martsolf

Carol C. Martsolf, PE, PMP, ENV SP, CPTD, LEED AP serves as the Society Director for Region 2 of the American Society of Civil Engineers since October 2022, contributing as one of 18 voting members on the Board of Direction. With extensive experience at Urban Engineers from May 2003 to November 2024, Carol held various leadership roles including Vice President, Chief Learning Officer, and Director of Training, where responsibilities included developing training objectives and programs for professional development. Carol also served as Vice President of the Philadelphia Engineering Foundation and held positions such as Region 2 Governor with ASCE and Chair of the IACET Council on Standards Development. Educationally, Carol earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Temple University between 1988 and 1992.
