Todd Mitchell

Todd Mitchell currently serves as the Deputy General Manager at Ventura Port District, where responsibilities include overseeing business operations and enhancing stakeholder experiences in Ventura Harbor. Since July 2022, Todd has been the Chair of the Board of Directors for the California Marine Affairs & Navigation Conference (CMANC) and has held various volunteer roles in professional organizations such as the American Society of Civil Engineers, focusing on ports and harbors. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Fugro as Remote Sensing Manager, along with leadership and advisory roles in organizations related to geomatics and engineering. Todd holds a BSc in Genetics from the University of Alberta and a Diploma in Surveying and Mapping Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
