Christopher N. Cross

Christopher N. Cross, Ph.D., has extensive experience in various roles related to health equity and policy. Christopher N. currently serves as the Director of Health Equity Strategies at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), where they advise and supports the implementation of global equity, diversity, and inclusion strategies. Christopher N. is also the Founder and Chairman of Cross River Strategies, LLC, a company focused on advancing health equity worldwide. Additionally, they have held positions at Yale Cancer Center, Yale/YNHH Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation, BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., the U.S. House of Representatives, the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, and Emory Healthcare/Saint Joseph's Translational Research Institute.

Christopher N. Cross, Ph.D. holds a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Oncology and Human Genomics from Yale University. Christopher N. also earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Human/Medical Genetics from Howard University. Additionally, Cross holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biomedical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Science (MS) in Neurobiology and Anatomy from Howard University.
