Jacqueline Raia

Jacqueline Raia, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Jacqueline'smost recent role is as the Director of Human Resources (Compensation & Talent) at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) since January 2024. Previously, they served as the Director, Human Resources and Administration at the National Military Family Association from March 2021 to January 2024. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Consultant for Strategic and Workforce Planning at J&S Partners from October 2020 to February 2021.

Jacqueline has also held various positions at the Federal Reserve Board, starting as a Senior Recruiting Specialist in 2001. Jacqueline later became a Supervisory Management Analyst, followed by roles as Manager, Budget & Administration, and Assistant Director of Division Support. Jacqueline'stenure at the Federal Reserve Board lasted from 2001 to 2020.

Before joining the Federal Reserve Board, Jacqueline worked as a Staffing Manager at Temps & Co., a staffing company specializing in administrative and financial recruitment in the metro DC area. Temps & Co. was later acquired by Randstad USA in 1999. Jacqueline served as a Staffing Manager at Randstad USA from 1997 to 2001.

Throughout their career, Jacqueline has demonstrated expertise in strategic and workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and HR leadership. Jacqueline is a SHRM-SCP certified professional.

Jacqueline Raia, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, which they obtained from 1990 to 1994. Furthermore, they earned a Master of Science degree in Management/Human Resources from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in June 2020.
