Chad Worz Pharmd, Bcgp, Fascp

Chad Worz, PharmD, BCGP, FASCP has extensive experience in the pharmacy industry. Chad currently serves as the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP), where they represent over 9,000 pharmacy professionals dedicated to improving medication management for older individuals. Prior to their role at ASCP, Worz was the President of RxConcile, a telepharmacy application that connects skilled nursing home patients with pharmacists for medication education and consultation. Chad also served as the President of Medication Managers, a consulting pharmacy practice serving long-term care facilities in 30 states. Additionally, Worz was the Chair of Pharmacy Over-the-Rhine, the nation's first full-service pharmacy serving the underserved population in Cincinnati. Chad also has experience as a Board Director for the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists. Worz's expertise and dedication to medication management have made him a respected leader in the industry.

Chad Worz, PharmD, BCGP, FASCP, completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree and Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati, which they attended from 1993 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued Pre-Pharmacy Studies at Xavier University from 1991 to 1993.
