Eric Maroyka

Eric Maroyka is a seasoned pharmacy professional currently serving as Senior Director of Practice Advancement and Policy Development at ASHP since May 2016, where responsibilities have also included leading the Center on Pharmacy Practice Advancement. Prior to ASHP, Eric held the position of Manager/Director for the Department of Pharmacy at Fauquier Hospital from September 2014 to April 2016, and had a lengthy career in the United States Army from July 1992 to September 2014, concluding as Pharmacy Manager/Director/Consultant. Notable roles during military service included serving as Director of the Department of Pharmacy and Deputy Director of Clinical Support Services at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital. Eric's educational credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Rutgers University and a Pharmacy Practice Residency from Walter Reed Army Medical Center, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Rutgers University.
