Luke Probst

Luke Probst, PharmD, is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since July 2012, Luke has served as Managing Partner of LP Rx Advisors LLC, specializing in Concierge Pharmacist services, Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM), and Pharmacogenomics (PGx) evaluations. Additionally, Luke provides expert consultations for pharmacology and pharmacy-related litigation through the Forensic Pharmacy Experts division. In January 2023, Luke began working as a Contract Lead Surveyor for ASHP. Prior to this, Luke held multiple significant positions at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University from 2002 to 2022, including Director of Pharmacy Services and Executive Director of Pharmacy Services, while also directing the PGY-2 Pediatric Pharmacy Residency Program. Earlier career roles include Pediatric Pharmacist at Yale New Haven Hospital and Patient Care Unit Pharmacist at the Medical University of South Carolina. Luke holds a PharmD from Shenandoah University and multiple degrees from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
