Mary Monk-Tutor

Mary Monk-Tutor PhD is the President of Monk-Tutor Consulting, specializing in higher education consulting with a focus on active learning, problem-based learning, service-learning, and programmatic assessment, particularly in pharmacy education and practice. With extensive experience as a member of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy and the ASHP's Ambulatory & Home Care Section, Mary has contributed to national committees and initiatives. Notable past roles include COVID Support Pharmacist at Walmart and Director of Assessment at Samford University’s McWhorter School of Pharmacy. Mary holds a BS in Pharmacy from Auburn University and a PhD in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Mississippi, along with a residency in pharmacy practice from UAB Hospitals.
