Patricia Frustace currently serves as the Senior Director of Awards and Diversity Programs at the American Society of Hematology, a role held since April 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing programming focused on the recruitment and retention of leaders in the field with a strategic emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, Patricia held the position of Director of Operations and Support for Hurricane Recovery at the American Red Cross and volunteered at Kham Aid Foundation in 2006. Earlier career experience includes a managerial role in Internal Audit at The Washington Post Company from 1996 to 2001. Patricia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems from George Mason University between 1988 and 1993.
