Caroline Herbert has over two decades of experience in training and instructional design within the nonprofit sector. Caroline is currently the Senior Manager, Learning Systems at ASID, where Caroline leads the development and implementation of education content for in-person and online programs. Previously, Caroline held various positions at Foundation Center, where Caroline managed online curriculum development, coordinated webinar programs, and facilitated training seminars. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Michigan.
