James Mickelson

James Mickelson is a seasoned architect with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame. Currently serving as a Senior Architect at the American Society of Landscape Architects since August 2014, James previously held the position of Junior Architect at LSI - Landscape Services Inc. from September 2007 to April 2010, where Revit was utilized to develop architectural models and documentation for various projects. As President of Students for New Urbanism at the University of Notre Dame from 2003 to 2007, James expanded the membership significantly and led community outreach initiatives, including park redesigns. Earlier experience includes an internship at BrightView Landscapes, where design work for Parsons' Park was managed and environmental briefs for international projects were created.
