Robert H. (Bob) Pratt, FCPE, serves as the President and Principal of Demand Construction Services, Inc. since October 1987, specializing in forensic analysis for construction projects. Bob is an active member of the National AGC Contract Documents Forum and has been involved with the American Society of Professional Estimators since 1973, where service includes a term as Past National President from 1982 to 1984. Bob has also instructed within the STP Program for the Associated General Contractors of Colorado since 1971 and has provided authorized training in construction estimating at Richardson Engineering Services. Previous roles include Senior Engineer at Kellogg Corporation, focusing on project management and cost estimating, and Project Manager positions at Kellogg Midwest Corporation and Weaver Construction Company, where Bob managed various large-scale construction projects. Bob holds a BS in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned in 1971.
