Jake Buehler, APR has extensive work experience in the communications field. Jake started their career in the US Navy, where they served as a Journalist/Public Information Officer, managing internal and external communications programs on the USS Vulcan. Jake also directed and operated a shipboard television station. After leaving the Navy, Jake worked as a Production Coordinator at Comcast Cable, where they supervised the production department and coordinated video shoots and client meetings. Jake then moved on to TMP Architecture, Inc, where they served as a Public Relations/Marketing Specialist, responsible for media relations and generating stories for media outlets. Prior to their current role, Jake worked at DW Turner as a Senior Account Executive, developing strategic communications campaigns for various businesses and organizations. Jake also served as part-time operations manager at DW Turner. Currently, Jake is Chief Communications Officer at the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, where they oversee the organization's communication efforts.

Jake Buehler, APR, began their education in 1984 at the Defense Information School, where they completed the Journalism School Graduate program, focusing on Communication and Media Studies. From 1991 to 1993, they attended Oakland Community College, earning an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts. Jake then continued their education at Oakland University from 1993 to 1996, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
