Brittany Coward has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as a PR intern at Lamarst Alexander PR, where they had the opportunity to communicate with fashion designers and provide insights on brand promotion. In 2009, they joined Schlesinger Associates as a Qualitative Assistant, where they contributed to data collection and exceeded clients' expectations.

In 2011, Coward became a Project Administrator at Ericsson, where they played a crucial role in enabling efficient communication and network deployment. Brittany continued in a similar role at Goodman Networks from 2012 to 2014, where they helped design, build, optimize, and maintain wireless networks, ultimately improving the subscriber experience.

Coward further expanded their project coordination skills at Intellinet from 2015 to 2016, where they provided coordination services to multiple projects and tracked project status using Microsoft Project. Brittany then joined The Home Depot in 2016 as a Jr. Project Manager, showcasing their ability to manage projects effectively.

From 2017 to 2020, Coward worked at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™) as a Scrum Master, responsible for managing teams, implementing Agile methodologies, facilitating Agile discussions, and assisting with project delivery. Finally, in 2020, they joined American Software, Inc. as a Scrum Master.

Throughout their career, Coward has consistently demonstrated their ability to lead teams, manage projects, and prioritize client satisfaction.

Brittany Coward pursued their education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2002 to 2006. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Later, in 2008, they attended New England College and completed their Master of Science degree in Strategic Management Leadership in 2009.
