Tim Thomas has extensive work experience in the field of cloud services, having held various roles at Logility. Tim started as a Technical Account Manager in June 2015 and later advanced to Manager and Director positions in the Managed Services department. In May 2021, they became the Senior Director of Cloud Services before finally being promoted to the role of VP in April 2022. Prior to working at Logility, Tim worked as a Data Analyst at Scott Safety from May 2014 to June 2015. Tim also has experience as a MIS Analyst at both Wincanton Logistics and CEVA Logistics, where they were responsible for producing management KPIs and developing MS Access Database and MS Excel solutions. Tim'stenure at Wincanton lasted from February 2013 to May 2014, while their time at CEVA Logistics spanned from April 2007 to February 2013.
Tim Thomas has a diverse education history. Tim began their academic journey in 1992 at the Burton Computer Training Centre, where they pursued studies in an undisclosed field but did not obtain a degree. After a break in their education, they enrolled at The Open University in 2011 and completed their studies in 2016. At The Open University, Tim pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Computing and IT, specializing in Information Technology.
In addition to their formal education, Tim has obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. Tim received the "Efficient Time Management" certification from LinkedIn in February 2021. In October 2019, they achieved the "Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting" certification, also from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in June 2016, Tim obtained the "ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management" from PEOPLECERT. These certifications reflect their dedication to continuous learning and professional development in the field of Information Technology and related areas.
