Elaine Hebert is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Director and a member of the Board of Directors for the American Solar Energy Society since January 2015. With extensive experience dating back to 1995, Elaine has volunteered with the Northern California Solar Energy Association and contributed to various organizations, including the Utility Energy Forum, where involvement included planning energy efficiency conferences. Previously, Elaine held the position of Energy Efficiency Specialist at the California Energy Commission and served on the boards of the National Fenestration Rating Council and the Cool Roof Rating Council. Elaine also has leadership experience as the Director of the Yolo Environmental Resource Center and as President of the Urban Solar Energy Association in Boston.
